I build automated production lines and keep them running.

I'm Aaron Holwick, engineering and maintenance manager at ABB's Southwest Die Casting plant in Fort Smith, Arkansas. Within six months we took PM compliance from about 50% to a sustained 95%+, and as part of the plant leadership team cut past-due backlog from roughly 90,000 parts to under 10,000 while output grew about 40%. Before that I spent years on the controls side: safety PLCs, Fanuc and ABB robots, vision, and electrical design.
